The Marina Village at The Marigot Bay Resort Saint Lucia was completed in early 2007 and comprises twelve one and two-bed apartments, as well as high-end retail and commercial units.
The Marina Village is adjacent to The Marigot Bay Resort and Marina (Capella Hotel) and has access to its restaurants, bars, gym and spa and the beach facilities on the other side of the Bay. The hotel has two infinity pools, a swim-up bar, a Rum Cave and Grill room restaurant. The one and two storey buildings reflect St. Lucian architectural heritage and, overlooking the dock, form a U-shape, around a central garden courtyard.
The apartments have fitted kitchens and bathrooms. The bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning and have large overhead fans.
Apartment 6B – Second floor
Open plan kitchen and living room. Double doors open from the living room on to a balcony overlooking the courtyard and to the right Marigot Bay.
The kitchen is fitted with electric hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave.
One double bedroom, and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms have with views from the bedrooms over the hotel gardens and bay. Closet with washing machine and dryer.
Monthly Maintenance Charge: Monthly Maintenance Charge of US$724.00 per month.
This includes the lighting and cleaning of common areas, Building Insurance (All Perils) and Security.
Marina Village Apartment Owners & their guests are able to use the two swimming pools within the hotel and the gym, without charge, providing their maintenance fees are up to date.
