There is a one-time non-refundable initiation for all new homeowners of US$100,000.

i.               Royal Westmoreland Full Membership

Full membership means the member, partner, and children have full access to the pools, jacuzzi, sanctuary gym, beach facility, golf course, tennis court, Mullins Beach Club, and driving range. The villa owner has an annual fee of US$16,225.

The membership also includes unlimited golf. Guests on the villa can also register for house guest cards, giving them access to the facilities. However, Green Fees for gold are applicable for unaccompanied guests or member guest fees if accompanied by a member.

ii.             Royal Westmoreland Social Membership

Social membership gives the family access to all amenities but the golf course. If a social member wants to play golf, they’d have to pay US$8,250 annually for that, and they have a limit of 12 times per year.

Villa guests in Social Membership villas can also register for houseguests’ cards, giving them access to the facilities. If a guest in the villa wants to play golf, they can only play between 10.00 am to 11.00 am and are only allowed to play four games per person per year. The guest golfer’s green fee is also applicable.

iii.            Local Family Membership

Local family membership at Royal Westmoreland requires you to be a Barbados National or Caricom passport holder. For this membership, you pay a non-refundable initiation fee of $50,000 and an annual fee of US$13,530. That gives you access to the golf course, clubhouse, driving range, sanctuary, tennis court, beach club, and nearby restaurants.

Other Types of Memberships Available

iv.            Local Individual Golf Only

As a local individual, you can get golf only membership. However, that requires you to be a Caricom passport holder or Barbados National. You get to pay a non-refundable initiation fee of US$25,000 and an annual fee of US$9,707.50. You will access the golf course, clubhouse, driving range, beach club, and nearby restaurants.

v.              Corporate Membership

Corporate membership requires you to have a registered company in Barbados that employs Barbadian citizens. The member must be the Director of the company, an employee with a Barbados work permit, a Caricom passport holder, or a Barbadian citizen. The company must also be able to provide its Articles of Incorporation.

A Corporate membership requires you to pay a non-refundable initiation fee of $100,000 and an annual fee of US$16,225. You can access the golf course, clubhouse, driving range, sanctuary, tennis court, beach club, and restaurants.

vi.            Invitational Membership

Invitational memberships can only apply to non-residents of Royal Westmoreland. However, they should be island property owners for at least two years. They get to pay a non-refundable initiation fee of US$150,000 and an annual fee of $16,225. This gives them access to the golf course, clubhouse, sanctuary, driving range, tennis court, beach club, and nearby restaurants.
