Maisha was the best person to have accommodated all of our needs in this villa. She went above and beyond her abilities to make us feel like the villa was our home.. Selma was our housekeeper and let me tell you that woman knows her job “Awesome Sauce”. Overall I can’t complain about anything these two ladies will truly do all to make you very comfortable all I can say is hurry up and book . I’ll be back again and again ..
I chose Barnard Realty to help me with the purchase of my Villa on the West Coast / St James. Alicia was the consummate professional and ensured that i was supported from beginning to end - through looking for the right property to then helping with the process once I identified. She also helped me with identifying contacts for other aspects of the buying process: banking, legal and when I did eventually complete help with interior design / soft furnishings. Barnard Realty is trul a one-stop shop and highly professional which was extremely important for me being based in the UK. Would highly recommend!

She kept us apprised of all available Barbados properties that fit our criteria as well as new ones that became available on the market. Maisha was more than helpful in finding us a home. She was extremely informative and easy to reach to answer many of our questions. Consequently, she found us a fabulous Barbados Villa right in our price range! Since we are not located on island, Maisha made what could have been a bumpy ride, much smoother and most of all rewarding.
We had the most wonderful week at one of the villas managed by Inspired Real Estate, namely Cassia Heights 24 in Royal Westmoreland. Our main point of contact was Maisha. She responded to all of our questions within minutes and helped us navigate the complexities of travel during the pandemic with ease. She assisted with fast track services through the airport, at-home monitoring and PCR testing, taxis and so much more. Maisha stayed in contact throughout our stay and attended quickly to any issues which arose. We could not have been more impressed and would recommend Inspired Real Estate to anyone looking to travel to Barbados. Thanks Maisha for making our last minute trip to Barbados such an easy one!

Where do I even begin with how amazing this experience was?! We had the absolute best girls trip at the Hummingbird Villa in Westmoreland Hills!
From promptly answering questions about booking the property to making sure our stay on the island was absolutely everything we could have dreamed of, Maisha did it all!
Her responses were immediate, and she provided us with a ton of options for our vacation. Maisha arranged a car rental for the week, transportation to and from the aiport, and had some groceries stocked as we had to quarantine the first day.
With all the new travel requirements due to covid, Maisha ensured all our documentation was in order before travelling.
While on the island, Maisha was just a quick message away if we had any questions. Even though we didn't have a chance to meet, it truly felt like we had a friend on the island.
There aren't enough words to thank Maisha for all that she did for us during our stay in Barbados - you went above and beyond and delivered an absolutely exceptional experience for us!

This villa was truly beautiful & very spacious. We were a group of 8 and truly loved the pool area. Our host Maisha was also great, she was quick to respond to messages and even picked one of my guests up who needed to check in early because my flight ended up being delayed.
I can whole heartedly say that dealing with Maisha has been a real pleasure. When our villa booking with another company fell through at the last minute Maisha worked tirelessly to try and ensure our family holiday would still be all we had hoped for. Maisha is friendly but also highly professional; she also has a great client base to access some truly splendid villas for a good range of budgets. After having a bad experience we felt safe in her hands.

Yellow Bird is a gorgeous condo with wonderful outdoor space. It was nicely furnished, the grounds were impeccable, and the pool(s) are amazing. It's secluded but close to the city when/if you want to leave. Even more, Kate and Maisha were wonderful to work with. I would definitely stay here again.
